Welcome to a space where you are wholeheartedly seen and valued.
Are you someone who feels everything deeply — a sensitive, complex soul who has done the inner work but still hits the same ceiling? Do you find yourself overgiving, burning out, or searching for connection in all the wrong places? Perhaps you carry a history of trauma, move through the world differently than others, and are tired of systems that treat you like a diagnosis rather than a whole person.
You don't need to be fixed. You need to be met.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified trauma therapist offering heart-centered, holistic therapy for neurodivergent and highly sensitive individuals ready to stop cycling and start living. Together we will reconnect mind, body, and spirit — uncovering your truth, reclaiming your power, and releasing what no longer serves you.
You belong here.

All About Wild Heart Therapy
I specialize in guiding neurodivergent and highly sensitive individuals toward a life that feels whole — not just functional. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and deeply human, integrating mind, body, and spirit rather than treating them as separate systems.
I believe healing happens best when we get out of our heads and back into our bodies. That's why I offer a unique blend of traditional therapy and nature-based sessions — walking along the beach, exploring trails, or simply sitting by the water — using the natural world as a co-healer in our work together. Telehealth sessions are also available for those who prefer to meet from home.
My work focuses on adults navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, shame, low self-esteem, and relationship patterns that keep them stuck. I have a particular passion for working with individuals who have spent years in therapy but still feel like something is missing — those standing at the threshold of a deeper breakthrough, ready for an approach that finally holds all of them.
Together we will build confidence, identify and shift unhealthy patterns, navigate life transitions, and reconnect you to your own body's wisdom. You don't need to be fixed. You need a space where your whole self — including the parts you've been taught to hide — is finally welcome.
